Returns for Damaged or Defective Plants:
We take great care in packaging and inspecting our plants before shipment to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. In the event you receive a damaged or defective plant, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your plant.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective plant, including the packaging and any shipping labels.
- Our team will assess your case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement plant or a refund.
Returns for Unsatisfactory Plants:
We understand that personal preferences vary, and you may find a plant is not suitable for your space. If you are unsatisfied with your plant, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your plant.
- Return the plant in its original condition and packaging.
- Upon receiving the returned plant and confirming its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the plant. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns for Incorrect Orders:
In the rare event that we ship the wrong plant or size, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your plant.
- Provide clear photos of the plant received, the packaging, and any shipping labels.
- Our team will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending the correct plant or a refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the return being received and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Plants that have been potted or repotted
- Sale or clearance items
